Great local Business. I've only had to use JC twice. Both times the service was fantastic. They are very fair on price.
Should be called Slow Computer, or No Go computer, or Whoaaaaa Computer, or Big Show computer, or Jokes On Everybody computer instead of Joe Computer. Honestly your internet lets me down daily. Aparently we have the best package I can throw my useless money at - but here I am again sitting at the end of my stinking driveway looking up at 70' of aweful looking internet tower wondering where I will go so I can get my work done and maybe get another pay check to feed my family. Yes I have tried calling with polite inquisitions as to why the internet is failing AGAIN... but you are far better at pacifying me over the phone than actually fixing or caring that I have an issue with your imaginary internet service. Of course if it is not dreadfully slow it's not working at all which is usually evenings after 6pm, Saturdays after 12:00pm, all day sunday, and every stat holiday. I am going to see if Bell still offers dial up.
Although the speed is excellent, I do have one complaint. If internet service (or jcis email-which happens far too frequently) goes down, there is no tech support from Friday at 6 o'clock until Monday at 9 a.m. Surely there could be someone on call during extended hours. We have had a computer for over 20 years, and have used 6 different service providers due to relocation, but this is the first one to only have tech support during business hours.
But it seems to ok for playing video games

I find the internet can be really slow or have a hard time running YouTube in low quality.
